I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in business operations, executive support, HR and compliance, real estate admin, and project coordination. I’ve worked in startups, corporate offices, and small family-run teams — and now I offer that same depth of support to clients across Colorado’s mountain corridor.

But I didn’t learn business in a boardroom. I learned it on the road.

As a young adult, I traveled the Rockies with my father, a self-made entrepreneur and Vietnam veteran who built his career with grit, service, and sheer determination. We called on accounts, sold everything from Beanie Babies to silk roses, and ran a real estate business from the front seat of a pickup truck. I handled the paperwork, customer calls, logistics, and merchandising — learning early that great service starts with showing up and doing the job right.

That experience shaped my entire career.

Since then, I’ve worked in HR and audit in the casinos of Black Hawk, earning a Colorado Gaming License — which requires rigorous background checks and reinforces my reputation as detail-oriented and trustworthy. I’ve supported regional sales reps, real estate teams, and small business owners in every kind of operational and compliance task, from writing handbooks to temping to reorganizing entire offices.
